2010 OCV Principals Forum & Symposium Program brochure Registration form
For OCV members only, the speakers at these major events will include owners corporation managers, lawyers, and developers; as well as specialist experts such as on tax, the economy, and web sales & marketing.
The format is a 3 day event, with the first day holding a golf tournament as a pre event activity, then conferencing of one day for the Principals Forum, and one day for the Symposium. The Awards dinner is held the night in between.
The format, of two satellite events held in conjunction but aimed at different audiences, reflects that the Principals Forum, for owners and senior personnel, is about the business of owners corporation management, and the Symposium for all managers is about the practice of owners corporation management. For some, only one is applicable, but for many people, both are relevant.
The CHU OCV 2010 Principals Forum, Symposium & Awards dinner will be held at The Sebel Heritage Yarra Valley- Wed 8 to Fri 10 September 2010. The 2010 OCV Annual General Meeting [AGM] will be held at the start of the Symposium.

Awards

The third industry awards dinner will again recognise the best managers in a number of categories. Aside from the wonderful exposure and the recognition by peers of a job well done, the winners of the Awards categories will exclusively have the opportunity to attend a one day workshop in December - benefits money can’t buy!
Awards are made to individuals, except for the Web Site award which is for an organisation.
