Owners Corporations Victoria Inc. (OCV) (formerly The Institute of Body Corporate Managers) was formed in 1990 to provide a forum for improved standards and education in the industry. OCV is currently undergoing a time of growth and change with plans to reinvigorate and expand its activities and services to members.

The time is right for these developments given the natural growth of the industry and a renewed focus by the members on the strengthening of professional practice in order to compete and thrive in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
